简单介绍:
anti-TSPYL1antibody(TSPY-Like1)(AA343-372)
详情介绍:
Immunogen This TSPYL1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 343-372 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human TSPYL1.
Clone RB40829
Predicted Reactivity Mouse (Murine)
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification. Peptide Affinity Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Pab)
Alternative Name TSPYL1 (TSPYL1 Antibody Abstract)
Background The protein encoded by this gene is found in the nucleolus and is similar to that of a family of genes on the Y-chromosome. This gene is intronless. Defects in this gene are a cause of sudden infant death with dysgenesis of the testes syndrome (SIDDT).

Synonyms: TSPYL1, TSPYL, Testis-specific Y-encoded-like protein 1
NCBI Accession NP_003300
UniProt Q9H0U9
Application Notes WB: 1:1000
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Concentration 0.5 mg/mL
Buffer Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09 % (W/V) sodium azide.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
