简单介绍:
anti-EstrogenReceptoralphaantibody(EstrogenReceptor1)(AA271-300)
详情介绍:
Immunogen This ESR1 isoform4 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 271-300 amino acids from the Central region of human ESR1 isoform4.
Clone RB41109
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification. Peptide Affinity Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Pab)
Alternative Name ESR1 (ESR1 Antibody Abstract)
Background This gene encodes an estrogen receptor, a ligand-activated transcription factor composed of several domains important for hormone binding, DNA binding, and activation of transcription. The protein localizes to the nucleus where it may form a homodimer or a heterodimer with estrogen receptor 2. Estrogen and its receptors are essential for sexual development and reproductive function, but also play a role in other tissues such as bone. Estrogen receptors are also involved in pathological processes including breast cancer, endometrial cancer, and osteoporosis. Alternative splicing results in several transcript variants, which differ in their 5' UTRs and use different promoters.

Synonyms: ESR1, ESR, NR3A1, Estrogen receptor, ER-alpha, Estradiol receptor, Nuclear receptor subfamily 3 group A member 1

Buffer Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09 % (W/V) sodium azide.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
