简单介绍:
anti-ENPP1antibody(EctonucleotidePyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase1)(AA6-34)
详情介绍:
Immunogen This ENPP1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 6-34 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human ENPP1.
Clone RB41733
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification. Peptide Affinity Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Pab)
Alternative Name ENPP1 (ENPP1 Antibody Abstract)
Background This gene is a member of the ecto-nucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase (ENPP) family. The encoded protein is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein comprising two identical disulfide-bonded subunits. This protein has broad specificity and cleaves a variety of substrates, including phosphodiester bonds of nucleotides and nucleotide sugars and pyrophosphate bonds of nucleotides and nucleotide sugars. This protein may function to hydrolyze nucleoside 5' triphosphates to their corresponding monophosphates and may also hydrolyze diadenosine polyphosphates. Mutations in this gene have been associated with 'idiopathic' infantile arterial calcification, ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament of the spine (OPLL), and insulin resistance.

Synonyms: ENPP1, M6S1, NPPS, PC1, PDNP1, Ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase family member 1, Membrane component chromosome 6 surface marker 1, Phosphodiesterase I/nucleotide pyrophosphatase 1, Plasma-cell membrane glycoprotein PC-1, Alkaline phosphodiesterase I, Nucleotide pyrophosphatase

Buffer Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09 % (W/V) sodium azide.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
