简单介绍:
anti-TUBG1antibody(Tubulin,gamma1)(AA23-51)
详情介绍:
Immunogen This TUBG1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 23-51 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human TUBG1.
Clone RB40908
Predicted Reactivity Cow (Bovine),Mouse (Murine),Rat (Rattus),Xenopus laevis
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification. Peptide Affinity Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Pab)
Alternative Name TUBG1 (TUBG1 Antibody Abstract)
Background This gene encodes a member of the tubulin superfamily. The encoded protein localizes to the centrosome where it binds to microtubules as part of a complex referred to as the gamma-tubulin ring complex. The protein mediates microtubule nucleation and is required for microtubule formation and progression of the cell cycle. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 7.

Synonyms: TUBG1, TUBG, Tubulin gamma-1 chain, Gamma-1-tubulin, Gamma-tubulin complex component 1

Format Liquid
Concentration 0.5 mg/mL
Buffer Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09 % (W/V) sodium azide.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
