简单介绍:
anti-ACE2(SARSReceptor)(AA1-270),(Center)antibody
详情介绍:
Immunogen Purified His-tagged ACE2 protein was used to produced this monoclonal antibody.
Clone 881CT16-4-4
Isotype IgM
Purification Ascites
Background Carboxypeptidase which converts angiotensin I to angiotensin 1-9, a peptide of unknown function, and angiotensin II to angiotensin 1-7, a vasodilator. Also able to hydrolyze apelin-13 and dynorphin-13 with high efficiency. May be an important regulator of heart function. In case of human coronaviruses SARS and HCoV-NL63 infections, serve as functional receptor for the spike glycoprotein of both coronaviruses.

Synonyms: ACE2,Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2
NCBI Accession NP_068576
UniProt Q9BYF1
Application Notes WB: 1:2000
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Buffer Mouse monoclonal antibody supplied in crude ascites with 0.09 % (W/V) sodium azide.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
