简单介绍:
anti-WBSCR22antibody(WilliamsBeurenSyndromeChromosomeRegion22)(AA253-281)
详情介绍:
Immunogen This WBSCR22 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 253-281 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human WBSCR22.
Clone RB42713
Predicted Reactivity Cow (Bovine),Mouse (Murine)
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification. Peptide Affinity Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Pab)
Alternative Name WBSCR22 (WBSCR22 Antibody Abstract)
Background This gene encodes a protein containing a nuclear localization signal and an S-adenosyl-L-methionine binding motif typical of methyltransferases, suggesting that the encoded protein may act on DNA methylation. This gene is deleted in Williams syndrome, a multisystem developmental disorder caused by the deletion of contiguous genes at 7q11.23.

Synonyms: WBSCR22, Uncharacterized methyltransferase WBSCR22, Williams-Beuren syndrome chromosomal region 22 protein
NCBI Accession NP_059998, NP_001189489
UniProt O43709
Application Notes WB: 1:1000
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Concentration 0.4 mg/mL
Buffer Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09 % (W/V) sodium azide.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
