简单介绍:
anti-Phosphatase,Orphan2(PHOSPHO2)(AA12-40),(N-Term)antibody
详情介绍:
Immunogen This PHOSPHO2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 12-40 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human PHOSPHO2.
Clone RB30604
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification. Peptide Affinity Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Pab)
Alternative Name PHOSPHO2 (PHOSPHO2 Antibody Abstract)
Background Phosphatase that has high activity toward pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (PLP). Also active at much lower level toward pyrophosphate, phosphoethanolamine (PEA), phosphocholine (PCho), phospho-l-tyrosine, fructose-6-phosphate, p-nitrophenyl phosphate, and h-glycerophosphate.

Synonyms: PHOSPHO2, Pyridoxal phosphate phosphatase PHOSPHO2

Format Liquid
Concentration 0.5 mg/mL
Buffer Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09 % (W/V) sodium azide.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
