简单介绍:
anti-HBEGFantibody(Heparin-BindingEGF-LikeGrowthFactor)(AA68-96)
详情介绍:
Immunogen This HBEGF antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 68-96 AA from the Central region of human HBEGF.
Clone RB34551
Isotype Ig
Specificity This HBEGF antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 67-96 amino acids from the Central region of human HBEGF.
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
Alternative Name HBEGF (HBEGF Antibody Abstract)
Background HBEGF may be involved in macrophage-mediated cellular proliferation. It is mitogenic for fibroblasts and smooth muscle but not endothelial cells. It is able to bind EGF receptors with higher affinity than EGF itself and is a far more potent mitogen for smooth muscle cells than EGF. Also acts as a diphtheria toxin receptor.
