简单介绍:
anti-HPS5antibody(Hermansky-PudlakSyndrome5)(AA88-116)
详情介绍:
Immunogen This HPS5 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 88-116 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human HPS5.
Clone RB42226
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification. Peptide Affinity Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Pab)
Alternative Name HPS5 (HPS5 Antibody Abstract)
Background This gene encodes a protein that may play a role in organelle biogenesis associated with melanosomes, platelet dense granules, and lysosomes. This protein interacts with Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome 6 protein and may interact with the cytoplasmic domain of integrin, alpha-3. Mutations in this gene are associated with Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome type 5. Multiple transcript variants encoding two distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene.

Synonyms: HPS5, AIBP63, KIAA1017, Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome 5 protein, Alpha-integrin-binding protein 63, Ruby-eye protein 2 homolog
NCBI Accession NP_009147, NP_852609, NP_852608

Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Concentration 0.5 mg/mL
Buffer Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09 % (W/V) sodium azide.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
