简单介绍:
anti-GProtein-CoupledReceptor77(GPR77)(AA297-325),(C-Term)antibody
详情介绍:
Immunogen This GPR77 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 297-325 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human GPR77.
Clone RB42221
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification. Peptide Affinity Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Pab)
Alternative Name GPR77 (GPR77 Antibody Abstract)
Background The anaphylatoxins C3a (see MIM 120700), C4a (see MIM 120810), and C5a are cationic fragments generated during the complement cascade that participate in host defense. In the case of inappropriate complement activation, anaphylatoxins may be involved in autoimmunity and sepsis. C5L2 is coexpressed with the C5a receptor, C5AR (C5R1, MIM 113995), on polymorphonuclear neutrophils and may modulate C5AR activity.

Synonyms: GPR77, C5L2, C5a anaphylatoxin chemotactic receptor C5L2, G-protein coupled receptor 77

Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Concentration 0.29 mg/mL
Buffer Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09 % (W/V) sodium azide.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
