简单介绍:
anti-CMIPantibody(C-MafInducingProtein)(AA735-764)
详情介绍:
Immunogen This CMIP antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 735-764 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human CMIP.
Clone RB42683
Predicted Reactivity Mouse (Murine),Xenopus laevis
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification. Peptide Affinity Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Pab)
Alternative Name CMIP (CMIP Antibody Abstract)
Background CMIP plays a role in T-cell signaling pathway. Isoform 2 may play a role in T-helper 2 (Th2) signaling pathway and seems to represent the first proximal signaling protein that links T-cell receptor-mediated signal to the activation of c-Maf Th2 specific factor.

Synonyms: CMIP, KIAA1694, TCMIP, C-Maf-inducing protein, Truncated c-Maf-inducing protein
NCBI Accession NP_938204, NP_085132
UniProt Q8IY22
Application Notes WB: 1:1000
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Concentration 0.5 mg/mL
Buffer Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09 % (W/V) sodium azide.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
