简单介绍:
ATPase,H+/K+Exchanging,betaPolypeptide(ATP4b)(MiddleRegion)Peptide
详情介绍:
Blocked Antibody anti-ATPase, H+/K+ Exchanging, beta Polypeptide (ATP4b) (Middle Region) antibody (ABIN2781819)
Characteristics This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-ATP4B antibody (Catalog #: ARP44325_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Purification Purified
Background ATP4B belongs to a family of P-type cation-transporting ATPases. The gastric H+, K+-ATPase is a heterodimer consisting of a high molecular weight catalytic alpha subunit and a smaller but heavily glycosylated beta subunit. This enzyme is a proton pump that catalyzes the hydrolysis of ATP coupled with the exchange of H(+) and K(+) ions across the plasma membrane. It is also responsible for gastric acid secretion. This gene encodes the beta subunit of the gastric H+, K+-ATPase.The protein encoded by this gene belongs to a family of P-type cation-transporting ATPases.
