Characteristics This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-MSH4 antibody (Catalog #: ARP41355_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. Background MSH4 is involved in meiotic recombination. MSH4 is also required for reciprocal recombination and proper segregation of homologous chromosomes at meiosis.
