Characteristics Stripped membranes can be used to detect different target/s with different primary antibodies or to optimize antibody concentrations that were ineffective the first time. Stripping and reprobing saves time and money and is ideal for qualitative analysis. NewBlot IR can be used on nitrocellulose and PVDF membranes.
