Immunogen Chickens were immunized with highly purified human kappa chains from normal IgG.
Characteristics Following immunization in Freund's adjuvant the goats were bled, serum collected and the antiserum absorbed with a lambda containing immunoabsorbant. The anti kappa was isolated from an IgG kappa affinity column.
