Activity:IC50: 13 +/- 5 µm
Dissolve the Gamma-Secretase Inhibitor in high purity DMSO (>99.9%) at 20 mM before use.
Method:
1. Stock concentration of 20 mM in DMSO of the product was added to the medium, to reach the final concentration of 1% DMSO.
2. Positive control contained 1% DMSO alone.
3. After 4 hours, the medium was removed and centrifuged at 3,000 g for 5 minutes and supernate was stored at -80°C until needed.
