Eclipse Plus™ blocking reagent is ready-to-use non-mammalian blocking reagent optimized for superior performance in several ultra-sensitive immunoassays, such as ELISA, western blot, immunohistochemistry/immunofluorescence and flow cytometry. Produced from marine species plasma, our Eclipse Plus™ blocking reagents are specially formulated with proteins that do not interact with avian and mammalian antibodies and therefore will display little or no background! Furthermore, their method of use is more convenient (a single incubation at room temperature) and offers a more effective blocking than BSA or milk for tissues and cells with traditionally higher backgrounds.
