Specificity A single arc was shown while the antiserum was reacting with mouse serum and mouse IgG by Immunoelectrophoresis. Similar specific reactions were observed when the antiserum was tested by western blot assay.
Characteristics Antiserum is developed in rabbit by using purified mouse IgG as immunogen.
