DNA Marker. This 100 bp DNA ladder is composed of nine bands of 100 bp, 200 bp, 300 bp, 400 bp, 500 bp, 600 bp, 800 bp, 1,000 bp and 1,500 bp. The 500-bp band with higher Concentration is easily distinguishable from the others. Quality Control: Agarose gel analysis shows that the bands between 100 bp and 1,500 bp are accurate in size and distinguishable. The 500-bp band is more easily identified than any other bands.
