Specificity This antibody is specific for mouse IgM
Cross-Reactivity (Details) This biotin conjugated antibody is specific for mouse IgM and shows no cross-reactivity with mouse IgG.
Purification This antibody is purified from antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography which removes essentially all goat serum proteins, except the specific antibody for mouse IgM.
Research Area Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes This antibody must be used with various kinds of enzymes or fluorescence conjugated avidin (streptavidin) in IHC, ICC, WB and ELISA.
