Immunogen Synthetic peptide EEERKAKHARMEAEREKVRQQIRDKYGLKKKEEKEAE (aa 45-81 in complexin 2) coupled to key-hole limpet hemocyanin via an added N-terminal cysteine residue. Immunogen is located inside the mapped binding domain of complexin 2 to the SNARE complex (aa 41 - 91).
Specificity Recognizes complexin 1 and 2.
