Cell-permeable. A potent and selective inhibitor of ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase L3 (UCH-L3) (IC50 = 0.6 µM). Inhibits ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase L1 (UCH-L1) only at higher concentrations (IC50 = 75 µM).
