Characteristics KEY FEATURES & APPLICATIONS: Water-soluble Has primary amine-reactive N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide (Sulfo-NHS) esters at both ends Contains cleavable, 8-atom (12 A°) spacer arm The disulfide bond in the spacer arm is cleavable with reducing agents such as DTT, TCEP, etc. DTSSP crosslinker is membrane-impermeable, thus enabling cell-surface crosslinking without interfering with intercellular proteins.
