Characteristics

Cell-permeable. A potent, ATP-competitive and selective inhibitor of PI 3-K isoform p110delta (IC50 = 60 nM). Inhibits p110alpha and p110beta only at higher concentrations (>1 µM). IC87114 does not inhibit other PIK-related kinases such as Atm, ATR, DNA-PK, and mTOR even at concentrations up to 100 µM.
