Cross-Reactivity (Details) No cross-reactivity was observed against goat anti-mouse IgM, Fc5µ chain specific or goat anti-mouse IgA, α-chain specific.
Characteristics The purified total mouse IgG can be used as a negative control for antibodies in Western blot, immunoprecipitation, and immunohistochemistry, etc.
Purity The precipitin lines against goat anti-mouse whole serum are the same as those against goat anti-mouse IgG, Fc fragment specific when assayed by immunoelectrophoresis.
