Purpose Caspase family inhibitors
Characteristics A convenient set containing twelve ready-to-use capase family inhibitors. The set contains 25 µl (2 mM in DMSO) each of the following five inhibitors: Caspase-1 Inhibitor, Z-YVAD(OMe)-FMK, Caspase-2 Inhibitor, Z-VD(OMe)-VAD(OMe)-FMK, Caspase-3 Inhibitor, Z-D(OMe)-E(OMe)-VD(OMe)-FMK,  Caspase-4 Inhibitor, Z-LE(OMe)VD(OMe)-FMK, Caspase-5 Inhibitor, Z-WE(OMe)HD(OMe)-FMK, Caspase-6 Inhibitor, Z-VE(OMe)ID(OMe)-FMK, Caspase-8 Inhibitor, Z-IE(OMe)TD(OMe)-FMK , Caspase-9 Inhibitor, Z-LE(OMe)HD(OMe)-FMK, Caspase-10 Inhibitor, Z-AE(OMe)VD(OMe)-FMK, Caspase-13 Inhibitor, Z-LE(OMe)E(OMe)D(OMe)-FMK, pan Caspase Inhibitor, Z-VAD(OMe)-FMK and the negatuve control, Z-FA-FMK.

Application Notes We recommend using 1000X dilutions for inhibiting caspase activity in Jurkat cell culture (e.g., Add 1 µL to 1 mL of culture medium).
However the optimal doses may vary for different cells and culture conditions.
Note: All inhibitors were formulated in 100 % pure DMSO.
