简单介绍:
Z-ATAD-FMK
详情介绍:
Purpose A caspase-12 inhibitor
Sequence Z-Ala-Thr-Ala-Asp(OMe)-FMK
Characteristics A synthetic peptide that irreversibly inhibits caspase-12 and related caspase activity. The inhibitor is designed as a methyl ester to facilitate cell permeability. (CAUTION: If the intended use is on purified or recombinant enzymes, esterase should be added to generate free carboxyl groups).
Purity Single spot by TLC
Chemical Name Z-ATAD-FMK, Z-ATAD-fluoromethylketone, Caspase-12 Inhibitor (fluoromethylketone)
Formula C₂₄H₃₃FN₄O₉
Permeability Cell-permeable
Solubility DMSO (20 mM)
Molecular Weight 540.54 g/mol
Application Notes We recommend using 2-10 µM for inhibiting caspase activity in cell culture.
The optimal doses may vary for different cells and culture conditions.
