简单介绍:
Z-LEHD-FMK
详情介绍:
Purpose A caspase-9 inhibitor
Sequence Z-Leu-Glu(OMe)-His-Asp(OMe)-FMK
Characteristics A synthetic peptide that irreversibly inhibits caspase-9 and related caspase activity. The inhibitor is designed as a methyl ester to facilitate cell permeability. (CAUTION: If the intended use is on purified or recombinant enzymes, esterase should be added to generate free carboxyl groups).
