简单介绍:
Q-VD-OPh
详情介绍:
Purpose A pan-caspase inhibitor
Sequence Quinolyl-Val-Asp-OPh
Characteristics A synthetic peptide that is potent, cell permeable, nontoxic and irreversibly inhibits caspase activity to blocks apoptosis. The new generation of caspase inhibitor is more stable in aqueous environment and exhibits several folds higher activity than the corresponding FMK caspase inhibitors. Q-VD-OPH is the inhibitor of choice for both in vitro and in vivo studies.
Q-VD-OPh is a potent pan-caspase inhibitor that protects cells from capsase-dependent apoptosis. Q-VD-OPh has superior aqueous stability, cell permeability, and efficacy than FMK-based caspase inhibitors and displays no cytotoxic effects alone.
Purity > 95 % by HPLC
Chemical Name Q-Val-Asp-Oph, Q-VD-Oph
Formula C₂₆H₂₅F₂N₃O₆
