Characteristics The recombinant mouse IgG3-Fc consists of 233 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 26 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of IgG3-Fc is approximately 33 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Protein Structure: A DNA sequence encoding the Mouse IgG3 Fc region (P03987-2) (Glu 97-Lys 329) was expressed and purified.
Predicted N-Term: Glu 97
Purity > 92 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Endotoxin Level < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
