Application Notes As a substitute for a non-relevant antibody, labelled with peroxidase or an alternative for the goat PAP complex. Working dilutions for histochemical and cytochemical use are usually between 1: 100 and 1: 500, in ELISA and comparable non-precipitating techniques 1: 2,000 and 1: 10,000.
