详情介绍：
Purpose The Smart Advanced Broad-Range Protein Standard is used to accurately estimate the molecular weight of protein samples on SDS-PAGE.
Detection Method Colorimetric
Characteristics The standard consists of seven purified recombinant proteins ranging from 30 to 200kDa (30 kDa, 40 kDa, 60 kDa, 80 kDa, 100 kDa, 150 kDa, 200 kDa), of which six are unstained and one (30 kDa) is prestained with blue dye. The standard is supplied in a ready-to-use format and can be visualized with Coomassie blue or silver staining. The band of 100kDa is double intensified to serve as reference.
Application Notes A volume of 5 µL per lane is recommended to load on mini gel.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Buffer 2µg/5µL of 30kDa protein, 1µg/5µL of 100kDa protein and 0.5µg/5µL of the rest proteins in 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 6.8), 5 mM EDTA, 10 mM DTT, 10% glycerol, 1% SDS and 0.01% phenol red.

Storage Comment The standard can be stored at -20°C for 12 months. It is recommended to aliquot the standard into small volume.
