Immunogen Purified human IgG
Isotype IgG
Specificity It can specially recognize the heavy chains on human IgG and the light chains on all human immunoglobulins.
Immunoelectrophoresis shows bands only in the gamma region against normal human serum.
Purification This product was purified from antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Purity > 95 % by SDS-PAGE

Application Notes Recommended dilutions: Western Blot (1:1000-5000)
Immunoprecipitation, IP (1:1000-5000)
ELISA (1:1000-5000)
Other applications have not been tested.
The optimal dilutions should be determined by end user.

Concentration 1 mg/mL
Buffer 10 mM Sodium phosphate, 150 mM Sodium chloride, pH 7.4 with 30 % glycerol without preservatives.

Handling Advice Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.
