Cross-Reactivity (Details) Cross-reacts~ 5 % with amidated GLP-1
Characteristics This product consists of 2 antibodies that in combination can be used to measure Non-amidated GLP-1. ABS 046-03 (as capture antibody) and ABS 033-10B (as biotinylated detection antibody) form a sandwich ELISA pair in order to measure non-amidated GLP-1 forms and cross-reacting about 5% with C-terminally amidated GLP-1 .
Components 200 µL capture antibody and 50 µl detection antibody.
