Immunogen The antiserum was developed in Rabbit using the human IgG as the immunogen.
Isotype IgG
Specificity Rabbit anti-Human IgG conjugate is specific for human IgG.
Purification The antibody is obtained by affinity purified technique, which removes essentially all rabbit serum proteins, except the specific antibody for human IgG. Rabbit anti-human IgG is conjugated to peroxidase by means of a method described by Wilson MB and Nakane PK.
