Immunogen The antiserum was developed in Rabbit using the goat IgG as the immunogen.
Isotype IgG
Specificity Rabbit anti-Goat IgG conjugate is specific for goat IgG.
Purification The antibody is obtained by affinity purified technique, which removes essentially all rabbit serum proteins, except the specific antibody for goat IgG. Rabbit anti-goat IgG is conjugated to peroxidase by means of a method described by Wilson MB and Nakane PK.
