Immunogen Highly purified Rabbit IgM, isolated from pooled normal rabbit serum, in Freunds adjuvant. Serum was collected and solid phase absorbed to make IgM µ chain specific.
Specificity Reacts with IgM in normal rabbit serum, by IEP technique. Does not react with rabbit IgG or IgA when tested with 1mg/ml solution of purified IgG or IgA.
