Cross-Reactivity (Details) Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the heavy chains on human IgG and with light chains common to most human immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. This product has been passed through solid-phase immunoadsorbent gels to remove antibodies which cross react with mouse serum proteins, but antibodies may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species. Minimal cross-reaction to Mouse Serum Proteins.

Purification Isolated from antisera by Immuno Affinity Chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads.
