Cross-Reactivity (Details)
|
Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the light chains on mouse IgG and with those common to other mouse immunoglobulins. The antibody does not react with the Fc portion of mouse IgG. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins, but antibodies may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.

Purification
