Cross-Reactivity (Details) Based on immunoelectrophoresis and/or ELISA, the antibody reacts with the heavy chains on horse IgG but not with the light chains on most horse immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins, but antibodies may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
