Specificity Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Dog IgG and Dog Serum.
Characteristics Anti-DOG IgG Antibody is a F(ab')2 fragment and is Peroxidase Conjugated. Anti-Dog antibody detects Dog or canine IgG heavy and light chains. F(ab')2 Anti-Dog antibody is ideal for investigators invovled in serum protein component research.
Purification This product is a F(ab')2 fragment of an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation, ion exchange chromatography and pepsin digestion followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above.

Application Notes Dog antibody has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Dog IgG in a standard capture ELISA. A working dilution of 1:20,000 to 1:100,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for anti-dog antibody. F(ab') 2 Anti-Dog IgG is suitable for ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.

Storage Comment Store vial at 4 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -24 °C or below. This product is stable for several weeks at 4 °C as an undiluted liquid.
