Characteristics F(ab')2 Human IgG detects human IgG heavy and light chains. F(ab')2 Anti-Human IgG antibody is ideal for investigators invovled in serum protein component research.
Purification F(ab')2 Anti-Human IgG antibody is a F(ab')2 fragment of IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation, ion exchange chromatography and pepsin digestion followed by chromatographic separation and extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above.

If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handling Advice Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Dilute only prior to immediate use.
