Immunogen Goat IgG whole molecule
Specificity Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum, Goat IgG and Goat Serum.
Purification This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.

Application Notes This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Goat IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:40,000 to 1:200,000 is suggested for this product. The following general recommendations are suggested as starting dilutions for: immunoblotting - 1:10,000, enzyme immunohisto-chemistry on tissue sections - 1:500 to 1:5,000, for flow cytometry and fluorescence immunohisto/cytochemistry - 1:200 to 1:1,000. Researchers should determine optimal titers for other applications.

If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handling Advice Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.

Storage Comment Store vial at -20 °C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20 °C or below for extended storage. This product is stable for several weeks at 0 °C as an undiluted liquid.
