简单介绍:
Rabbitanti-GoatIgG(Heavy&LightChain)Antibody
详情介绍:
Immunogen Goat IgG whole molecule
Fragment F(ab')2 fragment
Specificity F(ab')2 Anti-GOAT IgG (H&L) (RABBIT) Antibody assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, Goat IgG and Goat Serum.
F(ab')2 anti-Goat IgG (H&L) antibody generated in rabbit detects specifically Goat IgG whole molecule. Antibody assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, Goat IgG and Goat Serum.
Characteristics F(ab')2 anti-Goat IgG (H&L) antibody generated in rabbit detects specifically Goat IgG whole molecule. This secondary antibody anti-Goat is ideal for investigators who routinely perform titration assays, western-blot, immunoprecipitation and more generally immunoassays.
Purification The Antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Goat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation
Background Synonyms: F(ab')2 Fragment, FAB2, FAB'2, FAB 2, Fab' 2
Research Area Immunology, Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes F(ab') 2 Anti-GOAT IgG (H&L) (RABBIT) Antibody is suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Specific conditions should be optimized by researcher.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Concentration 1.0 mg/mL
Buffer 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.25 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handling Advice DO NOT FREEZE. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
