Comment

The Allergen Protein Arrays are semi-quantitative multiplex protein immunoassays developed for the detection of common allergens. Recombinant allergen proteins or extracted native allergen proteins are spotted onto a solid glass slide surface, and then probed for the presence of serum specific antibodies to these allergen targets. These detection kits can then be applied in screening specific allergens based on IgE and/or IgG levels present in patient serum samples.

Restrictions For Research Use only
Handling Advice Do not touch the surface of the slides, as the microarray slides are very sensitive. Hold the slides by the edges only. Handle all buffers and slides with powder free gloves. Handle glass slide/s in clean environment. The G-Series slides do not have bar codes. To help distinguish one slide from another, transcribe the slide serial number from the slide bag to the back of the slide with a fine point permanent marker. Please write the number on the very bottom edge of the slide, taking care to avoid writing on the array well areas.
Storage -20 °C/-80 °C
Storage Comment Upon receipt, all components of the RayBio® Human Allergen Protein Array kit should be stored at -20 °C to -80 °C until just before the experiment. At -20 °C to -80 °C the kit will retain complete activity for up to 6 months. Please use within six months of purchase. Once thawed, the array glass chip and Blocking Buffer should be kept at -20 °C and all other component should be stored at 4 °C Use within three months after reagents have been thawed.
