Cross-Reactivity (Details) Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the heavy chains on dog IgG but not with the light chains on most dog immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins, but with antibodies may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
