Characteristics Goat anti Chicken IgY (IgG), Goat antibody to Chicken IgY (IgG) Heavy and Light chains
Purification Isolated from antisera by Immuno Affinity Chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads.
Application Notes Suitable for use in ELISA and IEP. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Buffer 0.01 M Sodium phosphate, 0.21 M Sodium chloride, pH 7.6.
