简单介绍:
Goatanti-Mouse(Murine)IgG(Heavy&LightChain)Antibody(AlkalinePhosphatase(AP))
详情介绍:
Immunogen Mouse IgG whole molecule
Isotype IgG
Specificity Mouse IgG (H&L) Antibody Alkaline Phosphatase ConjugatedAssay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum.
Characteristics Mouse secondary antibody conjugated to Alkaline Phosphatase is available in a variety of formats. Anti IgG secondary antibody conjugate is suitable for ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blotting as well as other Alkaline Phosphatase antibody based assays.
The antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Purification Immunoaffinity Chromatography.
Background Synonyms: mouse conjugated secondary antibody, conjugated anti mouse IgG
Research Area Immunology, Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.

Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handling Advice Do not freeze! Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
Do not add Sodium azide.
Dilute only prior to immediate use
