Isotype IgG
Specificity Reacts with the heavy and light chains of rat IgG 1, IgG 2a, IgG 2b and IgG 2c, and with the light chains of rat IgM as demonstrated by ELISA and/or flow cytometry.
Characteristics Source: Pepsin digest of rabbit anti-rat IgG (H+L).
To insure lot-to-lot consistency, each batch of product is tested by ELISA, PCFIA and/or flow cytometry for conformance to characteristics of a standard reference reagent.
