简单介绍:
Goatanti-Rat(Rattus)IgG(FcRegion)Antibody(AlkalinePhosphatase(AP))
详情介绍:
Immunogen Rat IgG F(c) fragment
Fragment F(ab')2 fragment
Specificity Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase, anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgG, Rat IgG Fc and Rat Serum.
Purification This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
Background Synonyms: Rat F(ab')2 IgG F(c) Antibody, Gt-a-Rat F(ab')2 IgG Antibody, Rat F(ab')2 ALP Antibody in rabbit, Goat F(ab')2 Alk Phos conjugated Secondary Antibody.
Research Area Immunology, Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes F(ab') 2 Anti-Rat IgG F(c) Antibody has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Rat IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:1,000 to 1:5,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for F(ab') 2 Anti-Rat IgG F(c) Antibody.

Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handling Advice Do not freeze! Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
Do not add Sodium azide.
Dilute only prior to immediate use
